CASE STUDY 1

A national leisure company, with 33 sites and annual utility bills in excess of £1m instructed us to work on their combined portfolio. After completing our historic rebate audit – we found that across the 33 sites there were 25 different suppliers of electricity, gas and telecoms.

We were able to successfully re-broke these accounts and consolidated the supply to 1 electricity, gas and telecoms supplier.  As well as the incredible management and account processing issues we were able to generate annual savings of £135,000 p.a.

CASE STUDY 2

A logistics and warehousing organisation approached us to perform a comprehensive audit of their utilities.  Our analysts indentified over 12 technical faults in their bills.

These included incorrect tariffs, incorrect calculations, historic demand levels that were no longer appropriate, wrong sized meters, etc.

After correcting all the inconsistencies and claiming historic rebates we then re-broked their contracts. The customer obtained in excess of £400,000 worth of rebates and forward savings.

CASE STUDY 3

A major car dealership appointed us to review their contractual gas and electricity arrangements. After broking new contracts, the Finance Director asked us to look at other areas of major expenditure on their Purchase Ledger.

Our audit team spent 2 days researching the relevant information and subsequently were able to make material savings on their car valeting, cleaning, stationery, telecoms and mobile phone contracts. We saved this car dealership in excess of six figures and they went on to recommend us to some of their key contacts whose custom we still enjoy today.
